Pinot Grigio & Pinot Gris: One Grape, Two Personalities

Few grape varieties demonstrate the influence of style more clearly than Pinot Grigio and Pinot Gris. Despite appearing under two different names, they are the same grape. Yet the wines can seem entirely different. One style is light, crisp and refreshing. The other is rich, textured and deeply flavoured.
