Caring for Wine

The Idea
Every bottle carries the work of an entire growing season. Long after fermentation has finished and the cork has been inserted, wine continues to respond to the world around it. Light, temperature and oxygen all leave their mark. The final experience in the glass depends not only on how the wine was made, but also on how it has been cared for. Serving wine is therefore not simply the last step — it is the final act of craftsmanship.
